Kitchen Remodeling

Above:This was a rental home for many years. Kitchen cabinets needed update, because use and oil on the surface. Also, it was a closed kitchen layout. First, we decided to open the wall from the entrance of the kitchen. We hired an engineer for structural part of the wall, we bought white cabinets from HomeDepot, and the countertop ordered from HomeDepot too. The other part of the kitchen we did the renovation by ourself, the whole process took almost half of year.

Rearranging Bedroom

Above: One bedroom was always stacked with many extra things. Planning to be study room. How to spent less money and have design style? Some furniture we made before and some are newly finished. The new bookcase is all from construction plywood. Wanted a nice carpet under the wood bench. Used two ottomans for decoration and function.
